Grand Sturdy 30.0 Sedan

Linssen Yachts in Maasbracht has again extended and improved its well-known Grand Sturdy model series. In early May 2018, two new steel motor yachts were officially introduced in two versions: the 30.0 AC (with aft cabin) and the 30.0 Sedan (with open cockpit). With dimensions of 9.70 x 3.35 x 1.00 m, this is the smallest Grand Sturdy on the market. The compact format means that the 30.0 is an ideal boat for new boating enthusiasts and for those switching from a sailing to a motor yacht.

With the small 30.0 AC and Sedan, Linssen Yachts demonstrates that ‘space’ is a relative notion, and that sailing characteristics do not depend on dimensions. The 30.0 is a match for the larger yachts in the Grand Sturdy series. Everything that makes a Linssen a Linssen is present, but in this case on a yacht of 'just' 10 metres. The exterior styling and the interior for the new 30.0 series have been created in collaboration with KesselsGranger DesignWorks.

Excellent sailing characteristics
The 30.0 AC and 30.0 Sedan are two stable and easily manoeuvrable yachts on which you can sail all inland waterways, rivers, canals and lakes of Europe. However, taking the roundabout route along sheltered coastal areas is also possible with these latest Grand Sturdy models.

Saloon as an interior living area (AC, Sedan)
The saloon has a spacious layout and is the central interior area of both versions of the Grand Sturdy 30.0. There is a large bench on the starboard side and a galley with cupboards on the port side. On board the Sedan, the saloon and the open cockpit can be turned into one large space by opening the wide double doors.

Open cockpit (Sedan)
A characteristic feature of the 30.0 Sedan is the open cockpit with the extended Linssen Longtop® saloon roof, provided with LED lighting. In the Longtop® at the helmsman’s position, an optional electric Variodeck sliding roof can be fitted. The open cockpit with bench and integrated section/side table is the place where those on board have access to the swimming platform with deck shower.
