Makeover Waterbus

For the complete fleet of Waterbus, KesselsGranger DesignWorks developed the makeover of a new exterior and updated decks. The revised fleet offers more comfort to over 2 million passengers per year.

Waterbus, together with the bus service on the Frisian Wadden islands, has been awarded first place in the national public transport customer satisfaction survey. After a score of 8,1 in 2011, Waterbus rises to 8,3 in 2012 to win the crown. The national average lies at 7,4. Waterbus has been for many years in the top three, however may now consider itself as the best of the Netherlands!

The renovation of our ships and the improvement of reliability have contributed to this success.
